Health & Safety Policy
Your safety comes first. Our guides are trained in first aid and emergency response, and we always start tours with a safety briefing. Please let us know about any medical conditions so we can keep you safe on the journey.
Environmental & Sustainability Policy
We follow ‘Leave No Trace’ principles — protecting nature, respecting wildlife, and honouring cultural sites. Guided NZ is committed to eco-friendly practices and supporting conservation efforts.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings require a deposit or full payment. If you need to cancel: – 7+ days before: full refund – 2–7 days: 50% refund – Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund If we cancel due to weather or safety, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Risk Management Policy
We monitor weather and conditions carefully. Guides may change or cancel tours for safety reasons. Emergency communication devices are always on hand.
Privacy & Data Protection Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for bookings and safety, stored securely, and never shared without your consent (unless required by law).
Code of Conduct
Please respect your guide, fellow travellers, and local communities. Follow safety instructions, respect cultural and natural sites, and enjoy the adventure responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund
